The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Applicant and My Technology. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Applicant in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Applicant’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of United Arab Emirates. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Most interactive websites use cookies to let us retrieve the user’s details for each visit. Cookies are used by our website to enable the functionality of certain areas to make it easier for people visiting our website. Some of our affiliate/advertising partners may also use cookies.
Solution Delivery Duration
The development of the E-Commerce website & applications takes 21 working days starting from the next day of accepting your application/request.
Acceptance criteria
An application is accepted only if: All mandatory filed are provided correctly, no dummy data included and good quality of the images and other resources (like logo, commercial license, etc..) is mandatory.
Submission process
During the submission process is the applicant responsibility to submit the correct data, resources and information via the data-gathering website. Upon submission, MyTechnology will check the application and all the information and confirm if accurate (via email) or send an email with the missing/wrong things, if applicable, within 48 hours. Upon receiving the official confirmation MyTechnology will start the development and will share with the applicant upon completion, the credentials of the apps and website via email.
Limited number of resubmission
Any user that submits inaccurate information/resources, he/she will be contacted by email to submit the correct one. This process will be limited to 3 times for each user. (each submission counted as one).
After the number reach to 3, the request will be rejected, and the user will not be eligible to submit any request again, and he/she will lose his/her right to avail the offer provided on Mr. Ammar Omer course.
Communication Channels
The official way to communicate with my technology regarding the E-Commerce solution is via email made specially for this purpose (mycart@mytechnology.ae). Any direct calls, WhatsApp messages, social media chats etc. are not monitored, hence will not be answered.
Publishing to stores
MyTechnology is not responsible for the successful publish of the application into Google play, Apple store or any other platform. Any rejection of the App submission due to legal issues will be handed over to the user to follow up with Google, Apple, or any other company.
Customization
Standard e-commerce app and website cannot be changed, and any requests will be subject to evaluation and will incur extra costs and additional time.
Offer Validity
The offer to avail the free E-Commerce website & applications is valid until 31st December 2021. Any requests or applications that are not approved by the above-mentioned date will be subject to charge.
MyTechnology responsibility
MyTechnology is not responsible for the items that are going to be sold via her apps, client management, data entry, complaints, payment processing etc., which is the sole liability of the applicant. My Technology is only responsible for creating the apps & website as per the template.
Client Responsibility
The client is responsible for creating the trade license, getting all the necessary legal approvals, create logo, book domains, create email accounts, create store accounts etc.
License
Unless otherwise stated, My Technology and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on MyTechnology E-Commerce. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from MyTechnology E-Commerce for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
You must not:
- Republish material from MyTechnology E-Commerce
- Sell, rent or sub-license material from MyTechnology E-Commerce
- Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from MyTechnology E-Commerce
- Redistribute content from MyTechnology E-Commerce
Parts of this website offer an opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the website. My Technology does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their presence on the website. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of MyTechnology, its agents and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who post their views and opinions. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, MyTechnology shall not be liable for the Comments or for any liability, damages or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Comments on this website.

My Technology reserves the right to request that the Applicant to remove all links or any particular link to My Technology Website and the applicant must immediately remove all. My Technology also reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and its linking policy at any time. Removal of links from our website
If the Applicant finds any link on our Website that is offensive for any reason, the Applicant is free to contact and inform us any moment. My Technology will consider all requests to remove links but is not obligated to do so or to respond to you directly.
